GreenTech Automotive case dismissal hearing rescheduled for April 16

Pittsburgh, March 12 – GreenTech Automotive, Inc.’s Chapter 11 case dismissal hearing has been continued to April 16, according to a docket entry made Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

The hearing was previously scheduled for March 12.

GreenTech is a Sterling, Va.-based electric vehicle manufacturer. The company filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 26 under Chapter 11 case number 18-10651.
