GreenTech Automotive plan confirmation hearing continued to April 16

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 28 – GreenTech Automotive, Inc.’s Chapter 11 plan confirmation hearing has been continued to April 16, according to an order filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

The hearing was previously scheduled for Feb. 12.

The notice did not give a reason for the continuation.

GreenTech is a Sterling, Va.-based electric vehicle manufacturer. The company filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 26, 2018 under Chapter 11 case number 18-10651.
