Concord, N.H. May 19 – Kojamo plc priced €300 million of 2% green senior notes due March 31, 2026, according to a company news release.
The notes were issued under Kojamo’s €2.5 billion medium-term note program and represented the company’s second green bond.
The issue is being listed on the Euronext Dublin exchange.
Danske Bank A/S, Deutsche Bank AG, OP Corporate Bank plc and Swedbank AB acted as joint bookrunners of the Regulation S deal, for which proceeds will be used to finance or refinance green projects.
In May 2021, Kojamo priced €350 million of 0.875% green notes due May 28, 2029.
The company develops, rents and manages rental housing in Finland.
