Chicago, Dec. 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.02 million of 0% market-linked notes due Dec. 2, 2024 linked to a basket of an index and an exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 50% weight and the iStoxx Europe Economic Growth Select 50 index with a 50% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain. Investors will receive par if the basket falls.
