Bluegreen files $100 million shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 16 - Bluegreen Corp. filed a $100 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, preferred stock, debt securities and subscription rights.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Boca Raton, Fla.-based Bluegreen provides leisure products, including cruises.
