Singapore’s Frasers signs $400 million five-year green term loan

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 17 – Frasers Property Treasury Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Frasers Property Ltd., closed on a $400 million syndicated five-year green term loan facility, according to a Monday press release.

The green loan was issued under Fraser’s green finance framework established in April 2022.

Barclays, MUFG Bank, Ltd. and CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. were the mandated lead arrangers, underwriters and bookrunners.

Barclays was the green loan coordinator.

MUFG Bank was the facility agent.

The group’s inaugural green loan was signed in 2018. Since then, the group has raised over S$9 billion of green and sustainability-linked loans and bonds.

Frasers is a multinational real estate and property management company with headquarters in Singapore.
