21Vianet Group arranges $296.02 million private placement of its stock
Investors Kingsoft, Xiaomi and Temasek buy 98,672,080 ordinary shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 1 – 21Vianet Group, Inc. said it plans a $296.02 million private placement of stock with Kingsoft Corp. Ltd., Xiaomi Corp. and Temasek.
The company will sell 98,672,080 ordinary shares at $3.00 apiece. The price per share is an 84.05% discount to the Nov. 28 closing share price of $18.82.
Kingsoft will invest $172.01 million by buying 57,337,393 shares. Xiaomi will invest $50 million by buying 16,666,667 shares. Temasek will invest $74 million by buying 24,668,020 shares.
