Vasakronan buys back SEK 850 million of notes from two series

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 9 – Vasakronan AB repurchased a total of SEK 850 million of notes from two series, according to multiple notices.

The company will buy back SEK 90 million of its series 83 issue floating-rate notes due Nov. 17, 2023 (ISIN: XS2343565268) on Feb. 10. As a result, SEK 360 million of the original SEK 450 million issue will remain outstanding.

The company also will repurchase SEK 80 million of its series 89 issue fixed-rate notes due Aug. 30, 2024 (ISIN: XS2381373815) on Feb. 13, leaving SEK 320 million of the original SEK 400 million outstanding.

Vasakronan is a property company based in Stockholm.
