Duchess VI CLO to redeem seven classes of notes due 2022 on Feb. 1

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 26 – Duchess VI CLO BV will redeem seven classes of notes due 2022 on Feb. 1, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed:

• €215 million class A-1 first-priority senior secured floating-rate notes;

• €35 million class B second-priority deferrable secured floating-rate notes;

• €25 million class C third-priority deferrable secured floating-rate notes;

• €32.5 million class D fourth-priority deferrable secured floating-rate notes;

• €15 million class E fifth-priority deferrable secured floating rate notes;

• €52.5 million class F secured income notes; and

• €1 million class J combination notes.
