McDonald Hopkins adds restructuring attorney Cornell in Chicago

Minneapolis, Jan. 31 – McDonald Hopkins LLC hired business restructuring attorney Shara C. Cornell as an associate in the firm’s Chicago office, according to a press release.

Cornell brings six years of experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, including large Chapter 11 bankruptcies, the release said.

McDonald Hopkins is a business advisory and advocacy law firm with locations in Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Ohio, Detroit, Miami and West Palm Beach, Fla.
