New Issue: Agua y Saneamientos Argentinos prices $500 million 6 5/8% five-year notes at par

New York, Jan. 26 – Agua y Saneamientos Argentinos SA has priced $500 million of five-year notes at par on Thursday to yield 6 5/8%, according to a market source.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and HSBC were the bookrunners for the Regulation S offering of senior notes.

The company is the largest water utility in Argentina and majority owned by the republic.
