Eclipse Berry Farms seven-member unsecured creditors committee named

Pittsburgh, Feb. 12 – Eclipse Berry Farms’ official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by the U.S. Trustee, Peter C. Anderson, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

The committee members are Trish Pascoe of Crop Production Services, Inc. of Boise, Idaho; Ron Edmundson of BNSF Logistics, LLC of Springdale, Ariz.; Lawrence A. Snyder of Coastal Cooling, LLC of Fremont, Calif.; Vicente “Ben” Blanco of TriCal, Inc. of Gilroy, Calif.; Douglas R. Balyeat of Robert Mann Packaging, Inc. of Conyers, Ga.; E. Luis Campano of John J. Jerue Truck Broker, Inc. of Lakeland, Fla.; and Ivaylo D. Datchev of Advanced Plant Nutrition LLC of Aptos, Calif.

Eclipse, a Los Angeles-based farming company, filed bankruptcy on Jan. 16. The Chapter 11 case number is 18-10443.
