Moody's rates B3 sustainability notes Ba1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba1 foreign-currency senior unsecured debt rating to the sustainability-linked notes planned by B3 SA - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcao. The notes will be denominated in U.S. dollars.

The Ba1 rating is based on B3’s Ba1 issuer rating, Moody’s said.

The notes include a sustainability-linked structure that is in line with B3’s gender equality in leadership positions target by 2026 and the creation and offering of a "Diversity Index" by 2024, the agency said.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
