Deal sells units of one common share and one warrant at $0.05 per unit

Knoxville, Tenn., March 6 - Blox Inc. said it raised $1 million a non-brokered private placement of units.
The company sold 20 million units of one common share and one warrant at $0.05 per unit. The warrants are each exercisable at $0.05 for five years. The strike price reflects a 66.67% discount to the March 5 closing share price of $0.15.
The natural resource explorer is based in Vancouver, B.C.
