Fitch gives Bocom Leasing notes A rating

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a final A rating to Bocom Leasing Management Hong Kong Co. Ltd.’s dollar-denominated senior secured notes.

The notes rated are $200 million 2 5/8% notes due September 2024 and $400 million floating-rate notes at Libor plus 117.5 bps due September 2024.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
