Melinta Therapeutics official unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Jan. 14 – Melinta Therapeutics, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. Trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The committee members are Karen Kelly of Amplity, Inc. of Yardley, Pa.; Jacob Wright of TrialCard Inc. of Morrisville, N.C.; Sean Diver of Lonza, Ltd. of Morristown, N.J.; Steven P. Yova of bioMerieux, Inc. of Durham, N.C.; Jennifer Kettner of Veeva Systems, Inc. of Radnor, Pa.; Judy Rumpler of D2 Pharma Consulting LLC of Chesterfield, Md.; and John Maher of J. Knipper and Co., Inc. of Lakewood, N.J.
Melinta is an antibiotics company based in New Haven, Conn. The company filed bankruptcy on Dec. 27 under Chapter 11 case number 19-12748.
