S&P affirms Alpha Holding

S&P said it affirmed its B- long-term global scale issuer credit rating on Alpha Holding SA de CV. The outlook remains stable.

S&P also affirmed its B+ issue-level rating on the company's $300 million senior secured notes. The notes are guaranteed by all of its operating subsidiaries.

“The ratings on Alpha Holding reflect its status as a non-operating holding company (NOHC),” S&P said in a news release.
