Mexico’s AlphaCredit guides offering of dollar notes to yield 10%

New York, Dec 12 – Alpha Holding SA de CV guided its offering of dollar-denominated notes (expected rating: B+) to a yield of 10%, which was unchanged from initial price talk in the 10% area, according to a market source on Tuesday.

Pricing of the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes was expected to occur later Tuesday via joint bookrunners Barclays, Credit Suisse and UBS.

Alphacredit is a financial services company based in Mexico City.
