Owl Rock expands revolver to $400 million, term loans to $150 million

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 15 – Owl Rock Capital Corp. II subsidiaries ORCC II Financing LLC and OR Lending II LLC amended on Oct. 10 their credit agreement dated May 22, 2018 to increase the revolving loan commitments to $400 million from $200 million and the term loan commitments to $150 million from $50 million, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Additionally, the reinvestment period was extended to end 24 months from closing of the amendment and the maturity date to May 22, 2026.

Natixis, New York Branch is administrative agent. State Street Bank and Trust Co. is collateral agent, and Cortland Capital Market Services LLC is document custodian.
