S&P affirms Eletrans

S&P said it affirmed its A- senior secured debt rating on Eletrans SA. The outlook on the debt rating remains stable.

“The rating affirmation reflects our expectation that the project will post solid operating and financial performances in the next few years. We expect a minimum and average DSCR of around 1.60x due to the relatively low operating complexity for a transmission line with a perpetual concession granted by the Ministry of Energy and no market risk exposure due to its availability nature,” S&P said in a news release.
