S&P ups KazMunayGas International

S&P said it raised its long-term issuer credit rating on KazMunayGas International NV to B from B-.

The outlook is stable.

“The upgrade reflects our expectation of robust performance in 2019-2020, and the improvement in KMGI's liquidity profile,” the agency said in a news release.

“We have revised our base-case forecast following the strong results in the first half of 2018, which the company achieved through supportive refining margins.”
