S&P lifts Life Storage, ends ratings

S&P said it upgraded its ratings on Life Storage Inc. and its senior unsecured debt to BBB+ from BBB and removed all its ratings on the company from CreditWatch where it placed them with positive implications on April 4.

Extra Space Storage Inc. completed its acquisition of Life Storage and assumed its debt.

Subsequently, the agency withdrew its Life Storage ratings. The outlook was stable at the time of withdrawal.
