New York, Nov. 27 – Autodata Inc. is set to hold a bank meeting at noon ET in New York on Wednesday to launch $385 million of senior secured credit facilities, according to a market source.

RBC Capital Markets and KKR Capital Markets are the joint lead arrangers on the deal.

The facilities consist of a $25 million revolver, a $260 million first-lien term loan and a $100 million second-lien term loan, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to capitalize the business as a stand-alone entity.

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP is the sponsor.

Autodata, which was carved out of Internet Brands Inc., is a provider of data and software solutions that power the automotive industry.
