S&P lifts Oaktree Specialty Lending
S&P said it raised its issuer credit rating on Oaktree Specialty Lending Corp. to BB+ from BB.
The outlook is stable.
The agency also raised the issue rating on the company's senior notes to BB+ from BB.
S&P said the upgrades reflects an expectation that Oaktree's remediation efforts will continue to improve the company's investment performance and help maintain the company's very low leverage.
The company was able to refinance its main credit facility while increasing lender commitments and diversifying the lending group, the agency added.
