Together Financial unit plans to redeem 6¼% notes due 2021

New York, Jan. 29 – Together Financial Services Ltd. plans to redeem its 6¼% senior secured notes due 2021, according to a notice on Wednesday.

The 2021 notes are being redeemed with the proceeds of a new offering of £385 million senior secured notes due 2026 and cash on hand.

The £375 million aggregate principal amount of 6¼% notes due 2021 was issued on Oct. 13, 2016, according to a market source.

The company provides financial services to customers in the United Kingdom.
