New Issue: China’s Tahoe prices $110.5 million 11% one-year senior notes

Los Angeles, Dec. 16 – Tahoe Group Global (Co.,) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tahoe Group Co., Ltd., issued $110.5 million of 11% senior notes due 2020 on Thursday, according to a notice.
Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., China Industrial Securities International Brokerage Ltd., China Tonghai Securities Ltd., CRIC Securities Co. Ltd. and DBS Bank Ltd. are the bookrunners.
The real estate development company is based in Fuzhou, China.
