Alight Solutions to launch $1.96 billion term loan B on Wednesday

New York, Jan. 18 – Alight Solutions is scheduled to hold a lender call at 10 a.m. ET on Wednesday to launch a $1.956 billion term loan B, according to a market source.

BofA Securities Inc. is the left lead bank on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to refinance term loan debt due in 2026.

Alight is a Lincolnshire, Ill.-based provider of integrated, cloud-based human capital solutions.
