Le Centre on Fourth third amended plan of reorganization confirmed

Pittsburgh, Nov. 15 – Le Centre on Fourth, LLC’s third amended plan of reorganization was confirmed Thursday by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The company said the plan calls for it to reorganize and retain title to the real property located in Louisville, Ky., consisting of a mixed-use commercial building that includes a 304 room Embassy Suites Hotel, office space and retail space.

The plan provides for payment in full of all allowed non-subordinated claims.

The holders of equity interests will retain those interests.

Plantation, Fla.-based Le Centre on Fourth is the holding company for the Embassy Suites hotel in Louisville, Ky. The company filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 10, 2017 under Chapter 11 case number 17-23632.
