Le Centre on Fourth gets exclusivity extension amid settlement talks

Pittsburgh, June 26 – Le Centre on Fourth, LLC secured extensions to its exclusive periods to file a plan of reorganization and to solicit acceptances in an order filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The company’s plan-filing exclusivity was extended by 60 days through July 25 from May 25 and its solicitation exclusivity through Sept. 25.

Le Centre said it will use the additional time to continue settlement discussions while preserving its exclusivity.

Plantation, Fla.-based Le Centre on Fourth is the holding company for the Embassy Suites hotel in Louisville, Ky. The company filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 10, 2017 under Chapter 11 case number 17-23632.
