Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget sells SEK 150 million green bonds due 2027

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 18 – Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB sold SEK 150 million of floating-rate green bonds due January 2027, according to a market announcement.

The Stockholm-based company owns, manages and develops community service properties throughout the Nordic region and rental apartments in growth regions in Sweden.
