Frontera Energy calls all 9.7% senior notes due 2023 at 104.85

Los Angeles, July 1 – Frontera Energy Corp. issued a notice of redemption for all $350 million of its 9.7% senior notes due 2023 (ISIN: US35905BAA52, USC35898AA00).

The company plans to redeem the outstanding notes on July 7 at 104.85 plus accrued interest.

As reported, Frontera launched a tender offer for the 9.7% notes due 2023 on June 21. The offer expires at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 2.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Frontera is a Toronto-based company involved in the exploration, development, production, transportation, storage and sale of oil and natural gas in South America.
