Lexington, Ky., June 9 – Korea’s KB Kookmin Card Co., Ltd. priced $400 million of 4% senior sustainability notes due June 9, 2025, according to a listing notice Thursday.
The notes are expected to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange effective June 10.
The credit card service company is based in Seoul, South Korea.
