Moody's rates KB Kookmin Card notes A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 foreign-currency senior unsecured debt rating to the planned dollar-denominated bonds to be issued by KB Kookmin Card Co., Ltd.

“The A2 foreign currency senior unsecured rating is in line with KB Kookmin Card's A2 long-term issuer rating,” Moody’s said in a press release.

KB Kookmin Card will use the proceeds to repay debt and to finance eligible social financing under its green, social and sustainability financing framework.

The outlook is stable.
