OEConnection to launch incremental first-lien term loan on Wednesday

New York, Nov. 29 – OEConnection is set to hold a lender meeting on Wednesday to launch an incremental first-lien term loan, according to a market source.

Antares Capital is the lead on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to finance an acquisition.

OEConnection is a Cleveland-based provider of SaaS solutions that help drive genuine OE parts sales and services across the entire automotive system.
