S&P ups Life Time loan to BB-

S&P said it raised the rating on Life Time Inc.’s senior secured credit facility to BB- from B+, after the company postponed entering a $500 million term loan, citing unfavorable market conditions.

The agency revised the recovery rating to 1 from 2.
