S&P revises Life Time view to negative

S&P said it revised the outlook for Life Time Inc. to negative from developing because the agency sees significant near-term downside risks, and no longer believes it could raise ratings in the next 12 months.

S&P also affirmed the CCC+ issuer credit rating, the B issue-level rating on the company’s senior secured credit facility and the CCC- rating on its senior unsecured 8˝% notes. The recovery ratings remain 1 and 6, respectively.
