New Issue: China’s AVIC International issues $200 million perpetual notes via Soar Wise

Chicago, Oct. 24 – Soar Wise Ltd. priced $200 million guaranteed perpetual capital notes with an initial rate of 3.45% per year, according to a notice.

Shanghai-based AVIC International Leasing Co. is the guarantor.

Bank of China, BOC International, DBS Bank Ltd., Haitong International and ICBC International are the joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the offering.

Joining as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers are ABC International, CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., Orient Securities (Hong Kong), Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch and SPDB International.

The notes were issued under the company’s $1 billion guaranteed medium-term note program.

The issuer is a lessor of aircraft, ships and heavy equipment.
