Hotelbeds to launch term loan B, term loan C repricing on Thursday

New York, Oct. 25 – Hotelbeds (HNVR Holdco Ltd.) will hold a lender call on Thursday to launch a repricing of its €682.6 million covenant-light term loan B due September 2023 and €325 million covenant-light term loan C due September 2023, according to a market source.

HSBC and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc. are the joint bookrunners on the deal.

The repriced loans will include a 0% floor, the source said.

Commitments are due on Nov. 1, the source added.

Hotelbeds is an independent B2B accommodations distributor.
