Buffalo, N.Y., June 13 – Aviation Capital Group LLC sold $500 million of 6.375% seven-year notes on Monday, according to a market source.
The notes priced with a spread of 273 basis points over Treasuries, low to talk in the Treasuries plus 300 bps area.
Credit Agricole CIB, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.
Aviation Capital Group is a Newport Beach, Calif., global aircraft leasing company and a subsidiary of Tokyo Century Corp.
