Aviation Capital raises $600 million in term loans in two financings

Chicago, Jan. 11 – Aviation Capital Group LLC entered into two term loans for a total of $600 million, according to a press release.

With MUFG Bank, Ltd. as sole lead arranger and bookrunner, the company signed for a $300 million term loan that also has a $50 million accordion.

The second $300 million term loan came from Japan Bank for International Cooperation.

Aviation Capital Group is a Newport Beach, Calif., global aircraft leasing company and a subsidiary of Tokyo Century Corp.
