Aviation Capital enters $425 million three-year term loan

Los Angeles, Sept. 6 – Aviation Capital Group LLC announced it entered into a $425 million senior unsecured term loan with a syndicate of lenders and Mizuho Bank Ltd. as administrative agent.

The term loan matures in July 2025 and includes an accordion feature allowing for an additional $250 million of commitments, according to a press release.

Aviation Capital Group is a Newport Beach, Calif., global aircraft leasing company and a subsidiary of Tokyo Century Corp.
