Los Angeles, April 23 – Singapore’s BOC Aviation Ltd. priced $750 million of 1.625% three-year notes (//A-) to yield Treasuries plus 140 basis points, according to a market source.
The notes priced on Thursday and will be issued by BOC Aviation (USA) Corp.
Price talk was in the Treasuries plus 165 bps area, as previously reported.
BOC, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, HSBC and JPMorgan are the bookrunners.
BOC Aviation is a global aircraft leasing company.
