New Issue: Singapore’s BOC Aviation sells $750 million 2¾% notes due 2023

Los Angeles, June 2 – BOC Aviation Ltd. issued $750 million of 3¼% notes (A-) due December 2023 (A-) on Tuesday, according to a notice.
BOCI Asia Ltd., Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd., Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. are the bookrunners.
BOC Aviation is a global aircraft leasing company based in Singapore.
