Avolta/Dufry One says more than half of 2½% notes tendered in offer

Chicago, April 16 – Avolta subsidiary Dufry One BV announced the results from its tender offer for up to €500 million principal amount of its €800 million of 2½% senior notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1699848914), according to a release.

As of 11 a.m. ET on April 15, the deadline, noteholders tendered €406,949,000 of their notes and all will be accepted for purchase. After settlement, €393,051,000 of the notes will remain outstanding.

As previously reported, the company is paying a purchase price of 99.35 and interest to the settlement date.

Settlement is planned for April 19.

The offer was subject to a new financing condition. The new notes offer is expected to settle on April 18.
