Fitch: Baoji Investment BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned long-term foreign- and local-currency issuer default ratings of BBB- to Baoji Investment (Group) Co., Ltd.

The outlook is stable.

The company's ratings are credit-linked, but not equalized with those of Baoji municipality, Fitch said.

The link reflects strong oversight and supervision by the municipal government, the agency said, and the strategic importance of its operation to the municipality.

These factors indicate that the company is likely to receive extraordinary support from the municipality, if needed, Fitch said.
