Bulk Industrier unit to launch roadshow ahead of senior bonds

Los Angeles, Sept. 30 – Bulk Infrastructure AS, a subsidiary of Bulk Industrier AS, said it has mandated Arctic Securities AS to arrange a series of fixed-income investor meetings ahead of a possible senior bond offering.

The meetings are expected to take place between Oct. 1 and Oct. 7 in the Nordic region.

A krone-denominated bond issue may follow, subject to market conditions.

Proceeds from the potential bond issuance will be used for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions and refinancing.

The real estate investment company is based in Oslo.
