New York, Sept. 21 – Hosa International Ltd. placed $50 million of 7% guaranteed notes due 2018 at par, according to a company announcement.
Placement agent Haitong International Securities Co., Ltd. placed the securities with four institutional investors.
Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Hosa is a Jin Jiang, China-based maker of sportswear.
