Zetta Jet USA three-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Oct. 13 – Zetta Jet USA, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday by U.S. Trustee Peter C. Anderson, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

The committee members are Christopher Clementi of Associated Energy Group, LLC of Miami; Jimmy Torrey of Festin Management Corp. of Wilton Manors, Fla.; and Dawn M. Coulson of Epps & Coulson, LLP of Los Angeles, representing Scout Aviation II, LLC.

Zetta Jet is a Burbank, Calif.-based private aviation charter company. The company filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 15 under Chapter 11 case number 17-21386.
