New Issue: Russia’s Sibur prices $500 million 2.95% five-year notes at 99.513

New York, July 1 – PJSC Sibur Holding subsidiary Sibur Securities DAC has priced $500 million of 2.95% five-year guaranteed fixed-rate notes at 99.513, according to a post-stabilization notice.
Bookrunners for the issue are J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Citigroup, Gazprombank, Goldman Sachs International and VTB Capital.
Sibur is an integrated petrochemicals company based in Moscow.
