Lexington, Ky., Sept. 7 – Eidsiva Energi AS (Scope: BBB+) said it priced NOK 1 billion of green bonds in two tranches on Thursday.
The NOK 400 million of five-year senior green bonds priced with a coupon of 5.244%.
Additionally, NOK 600 million of 10-year senior green bonds came with a coupon of 5.168%.
The deal was “substantially oversubscribed,” according to a company notice on Thursday.
Handelsbanken and SEB were the joint bookrunners.
The proceeds were used to repurchase NOK 60 million of EIEN24G bonds (ISIN: NO0010806862).
The bonds will be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Eidsiva is a Hamar, Norway-based company that produces, distributes and sells electricity.
